Refund & Cancellation Policy

At nuBioAge, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content, premium supplements, and memberships that support our customers’ health and professional growth. We understand that circumstances may change, so we offer the following refund and cancellation policies:

1. Educational Courses & Certifications

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
  • If more than 20% of the course has been accessed, sales are final, and refunds are not available.
  • If you experience technical issues preventing course access, please contact our support team, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

2. Supplements & Physical Products

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to safety and quality standards.
  • If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

3. Memberships

  • Customers may cancel their membership at any time through their online account or by contacting customer support.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
  • Refunds are not available for past billing cycles, but members will continue to have access until the end of their current subscription period.

4. Event & Live Workshop Registrations

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee or applied as credit for a future event.

5. Processing Time for Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
